Please note that by ordering any of our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

Absence
In case of an absence, it is permitted for a student to reschedule the time of the lesson only;

in agreement with the teacher.

if they notify their teacher 12 hours or more prior to the lesson.
Please note this can only be done once a month.

Refund

If the student studies for two hours or more, the student will not be given a refund or the remainder of his/her money.

Once you pay for the course it's non-refundable.

If you miss a lesson for any reason you will be charged, however, if the teacher misses a lesson then your lesson will be rescheduled.
